Ongoing Google Business Profile management, review strategy, local citations, and monthly ranking reports. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

    $400/mo

Updates, backups, small content changes, uptime monitoring, and a real human who answers when something breaks.

    From $75/mo
  • Hourly work

    $95/hr

A website is the front door. This is the rest of the house.

Every one of these can be wired into a build. Prices shown are what the vendor charges you, not what I charge to set it up, and most have a free tier that covers a small business permanently. If something you use is not listed, ask. It almost certainly has an API.

Why fixed pricing?
Because hourly billing punishes you for my learning curve and rewards agencies for being slow. You get a number before we start, and that’s the number you pay. If I underestimate, that’s my problem - not your invoice.
How long does a build take?
Most sites launch in about 14 days from kickoff. Starter sites can be faster; Premium builds with integrations can take 3-4 weeks. You get the timeline in writing during scoping, and you’ll know immediately if anything threatens it.
What do you need from me?
Your logo (if you have one), photos of your business, the basics about your services and prices, and a little of your time for one kickoff call and one review round. I handle everything else, including writing guidance for the copy.
Do you use WordPress or page-builders?
No. Every site is hand-coded with a modern static stack (Astro + Tailwind), which is why they load in under a second and don’t need plugin updates, security patches, or $40/mo hosting. There’s simply less to break.
What does hosting cost?
About $0. Sites deploy to Cloudflare Pages’ free tier, which is more than enough for a small-business site. Your only recurring cost is the domain - roughly $10-15/yr. No hosting markups, ever.
Can you fix or speed up my existing site?
Usually, yes. The speed audit ($450) tells you exactly what’s slow and what it’ll cost to fix. Sometimes the honest answer is that a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue - and if so, the audit fee comes off the rebuild.
What happens after launch?
Every tier includes a post-launch window for fixes (30-90 days). After that, you can handle small edits yourself with the handoff guide I provide, put me on a maintenance retainer, or just call when you need something.
Who owns the website?
You do. The code, the domain, the content, the accounts - all registered in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, you walk away with everything. No hostage situations.
